I currently have a client who is looking for a rating/social networking website, similar to hot or not. Instead of rating photos, the client wants to be able to rate specific word reports(doc, .pdf, rtf,etc...). I was researching different CMS systems that would have this built in functionality, but wanted to ask the experts on here what CMS they would use for this project.
The main requirment- being able to embed or view the word reports ( doc, .pdf, rtf,etc...) inside the browser window. Also, maintaining the formating of the specific document.
Would like for the CMS to be OpenSource/Free (or less than $1k)
