I am a graphic designer (mostly print and packaging design) and i am trying to setup a site for myself. I am not the best with web programming bug i can get by esentiall i am trying to do a couple things with the site. that's why i am here. first i would like a user to be able to log in to their own account and veiw proof's for a current job but have the site email them letting them know there is one available aslo i would like to have the ability to keep some past orders on there aswell. I would also like to have some simple billing setup for the customers to keep their info up and option to fill out a form for quoting. I would like to use the start page for specials and some basic design samples. if anyone has any reccomendations they would be appreciated.

What you're looking for is quite a complicated database driven site but there are some nice tools around these day that you don't need to program and just configure.
I like www.asprunner.com or php version. Provided you have a database with the content in you can produce full websites very quickly without any coding.
