I am converting 20 html websites for a small school district to CMS. Am wondering if anyone has experience in what Open Source program might work best. Sub domains will be used for each. Is a centralized database structure best, or use a single db for each school?

Thank you

Hi!  I have done the same with my local school district.  I converted the district site along with the seven locals under the district.

District site:
http://www.eldoradopublicschools.com

School sites are listed here:

I used CMSMadeSimple for all of them.

Both the school district and myself are very happy with the results.

Thank you CH for your reply. I'm curious how you structured your databases. Did you use a single dbase for each school, or use a common one for all schools together?
