Looking for CMS for organazitation with ability to have a user page for selected users

I currently am working on website for the Motorcycle Club of Virginia Tech.  I would like to have the ability of a "Users" section which would list some (selected) users with information that THEY fill in.  This would include a picture, some contact information, their position in the club, and some other misc fields.

 

Any suggestions?

I'm looking for something similar, only GPL/ open source. AspireSoft:

  • appears to be a commercial product
  • doesn't seem to have any prices listed on the web site -- if I have to ask the price, I can't afford it Smile
  • appers to have an incorrect link in the previous response
so I'm fairly certain it won't fit my needs.
