There's a feature that should be added to the matrix, and a feature that I believe any good CMS should have...link reference checking for internal (and external) resources.
I need a cms that will warn (or dissallow) a content editor from deleting a document (PDF, Word file, etc.) that is currently linked on the site. The editor should be warned and should go remove the link before removing the linked resource. Not just warned that the file "may be linked elsewhere" but that it IS linked somewhere else and where it is.
I found a Web page that says Joomla can do this. I just tested the demo on Magnolia and did not see that feature. When I removed a file then clicked the link to it, I got a Tomcat error page.
I looked for this feature on the matrix but could not find it.
