help me decide what CMS to use, please!

Hello everyone,

 

I am looking for a CMS tool that will make it easy for me to administer about 70 sites. It would be great if I could administer certain portions of all 70 sites from one single admin panel.. anyone has any ideas?

thanks, I have taken a look at their CMS tool, I could not find any information about pricing? You have any ideas?
