CMS with relational capabilities

Bonjour,

I’m asking for your support in selecting a CMS for our site.

1) The site will mainly be made of articles reviewing products.

2) Each article must be tagged according to various attributes:
            - category of product
            - model of product
            - expert who reviewed the product
            - store(s) where the product can be bought
            - author

3) Each article must include a list of links to other articles about products of the same category, same model, articles from the same expert, same store, same author, etc.

4) Additional attributes could be defined.  The number of items per category/attribute must not be limited.

We can easily imagine how a relational database would support this type of data.  But we don’t want to develop a database.  We are looking for a CMS that would offer the same capability to establish relations between contents, with the ease of a CMS.

Any help would be appreciated!

For your info, in another post (http://www.cmsmatrix.org/general-discussion/cms-allowing-cross-referencing-between-objects), I just found references to AspireCMS, Agile Enterprise, Teambase and pluscms.net. Except for AspireCMS, these products are not listed in cms matrix. Any recommendation about these products?

Also, I forgot to indicate that we are looking for an open source or low cost solution.
