Hi,
I'm looking for a CMS that:
- Is simple to use.
- Can support multi-level menus (i.e. different menu options depending on which section you are in, with some menus the same throughout the site).
- The ability to add a background image to the whole page (i.e. I don't want to have to select a template and then modify 4 different background images, I want 1 image that covers the whole background).
- Secure and reliable.
I've already tried Website Tonight and Joomla but they don't meet my needs. I've looked at Drupal which might, but thought I'd ask first before learning a 3rd CMS!

It's simple to use and has a safe mode where access to the html designs is turned off.
You'll need to create different projects to control the different menus. Each project creates it's own page menu which you can call within the templates or content.
You can use one image in the background but this is controlled by the standard CSS template. It's usually good practice to use several smaller images to reduce overall file size and bandwidth.
It's a PC based CMS that creates real html pages and then uploads them. This means there is no online database which makes it much more secure and reliable; and simple to set up.
