For a travel agency, I'm looking for a CMS with the following functionality:
Management of voyages, e.g. "Bird watching in New Zealand, from 2008-Jan-15 till Jan-25". The frontend should include a search engine, allowing users to look for voyages for example in a certain time frame. Ideally the interface should be multilingual, but just German may suffice. Booking functionality is not needed, but users should be able to request further information concerning individual voyages using a web form.
Sounds like you need a web programmer to me.
There are CMS products that will help provide a framework and internationalization for your web site, but a "voyage manager" is a custom module that will need built. I doubt that you will find anything that will do what you describe out of the box.
Others can certainly correct me if I am wrong though.
