We are a small non-profit looking for the following in a CMS (in no particular order)
Event Management
Event Calendar
Organization blog
Blog diaries (for volunteers)
Subsites (for local chapters)
Social networking integration either native or possible (similar to BarackObama.com).
This will be a totally green field implementation so server compatibility isn't a concern but we would prefer something along the lines of LAMP and definitely want to avoid anything that awould lock us in to one service provider for service, upgrades and customization.
I know this is asking for a lot so your best recommendation will be appreciated.
