Hi, Anybody can help me to find a website like www.cmsmatrix.org. from where i can get all the addons and plugins for all CMS.

You need to go to the website of the CMS you're intresested in and see what the plug ins are like. Some will be better than others. Just be aware that you'll need to keep track of security issues, patches, and upgrades for the plug ins and not just the CMS itself.
